biography

was born in March 1937 as the eldest of six children in Pflersch / South Tyrol. His parents run a farm. emigrate during the war years and the parents want. It is not among them. When the mother dies in1954, takes care of the grandmother of the children. The father died a year later. Hermann earned extra money as a lumberjack and smugglers. He he decides in 1965 to Austria to go. He first worked in Trins/ Tirol in construction, then in the summer as a shepherd. In the winter he works in a sawmill in theStubai Valley. He married in 1970 rents with his wife and a farm in Gschnitz. He breeds sheep to thisday. In 1978, he is an Austrian citizen.
